Q: Are your prints made to order?
A: Yes. All open edition prints are made to order using archival materials. This ensures the best quality for every collector.


Q: How long does shipping take?
A: For prints, production takes 2–5 business days, and shipping typically takes 3–8 business days within the U.S. Originals may take slightly longer due to custom packaging. See our Shipping Policy for full details.


Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final. We do offer replacements or store credit for damaged or defective items. See our Refund Policy for details.


Q: Can I order a different size than what’s listed?
A: At this time, only the sizes listed on each product page are available. Each format is intentionally chosen to preserve the composition and resolution of the work.


Q: Will the colors look exactly like they do on screen?
A: While we do our best to present accurate color previews, screen settings may vary. Prints are produced using museum-grade pigment inks for color fidelity and longevity.


Q: Do your original works come framed?
A: Unless otherwise stated, original works are sold unframed. This allows you to frame them in a way that suits your space and taste.


Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If you don’t see your country at checkout, reach out before ordering.


Q: Can I request a custom piece?
A: At this time, commissions are closed — but follow the newsletter or Instagram to be notified when they reopen.
