Refunds & Returns

We offer two types of pieces in the store — some are made to order, others are shipped directly from the studio.


Made-to-Order Prints

These prints are created one at a time for each order. Because of that, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or clearly not as described:

  • Email us at wisedometheartisan@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number, a short note, and clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit within 7 business days.


Original Works (Shipped from the Studio)

These pieces are packaged and shipped with care, directly from the studio.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the situation and may offer one of the following:

  • A repair
  • A partial refund
  • Store credit

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Requests for a different size or color after selecting the correct option during purchase
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
